Esther Rivera

“I am passionate about equity in education. My goal is to be of service by sharing my experiences and learning from others to collectively and positively impact student health.”

Ms. Rivera has worked in public education and the nonprofit sector for more than 10 years, co-creating and implementing community engagement efforts; connecting students, families, and staff with resources through multi-generational, trauma informed, and equitable practices. She currently supports programs across the state through strategic planning and oversite of diverse funding streams including public and private grants, earned income, and donations.

Esther has a Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a concentration in Nonprofit Organization Administration.

Activities, hobbies and interests: Coaching youth soccer and volunteering for various community organizations.
