SUPPORTING HEALTH SERVICES IN SCHOOLS

The Consortium was awarded grants from three foundation partners for the 2019-2020 school year: Colorado Health Foundation, Rose Community Foundation, and The Anschutz Foundation. These invaluable resources allow our continued support of school districts' efforts to provide health services in schools: creating sustainable programs and maximizing resources through implementation of the School Health Services (SHS) Program

Make a Contribution

Your contribution is more than a donation; it is how we will help to assist school districts in addressing unmet health needs of students. Your donation helps to improve educational outcomes for students, because healthy students are better learners.

On behalf of Colorado students, thank you for your investment!
